Aqua Training Bag

Take your workouts up a notch with this aqua weight bag. The bag can hold up to 15kg or 33lbs of water, but we suggest starting with 5-10lbs and working towards a heavier weight. The side of the bag has graded weights so you can easily keep track of your progress.

Easy to follow fill instructions are included with the bag. The water provides an ever-changing workout since the movement of the water will always be different. The bag provides a full body workout since the water movement forces the user to engage the core and other small muscles in order to stabilize the weight. Ages 14+.
